Fixed Wireless Installation Preparation
Prepare for Fixed Wireless Installation
Your installation will take about 2 hours. Here’s everything you need to know to make the process smooth and stress-free:
- Before installation day, please confirm any required approval from your property owner or HOA. This helps avoid delays and ensures a seamless experience.
- Keep an eye on your email and answer calls from us—we’ll share important updates to make sure everything goes perfectly.
- Your technician will call you 30 minutes before arriving.
- When they arrive, they’ll do a quick walkthrough to find the best spot for your antenna and cable routing.
- They’ll confirm these locations with you before starting the installation.
- The antenna will be installed on the exterior of your building or roof. The mount type and pole height will be chosen for the strongest signal possible.
- Cables will be routed inside and connected to your router. A surge protector will also be installed for added safety.
- Once everything is set up, your technician will test your connection to ensure it meets your plan’s speed.
- Enjoy fast, reliable internet—built for the way you live and work!
