Landlord Letter of Authorization

Before we can install internet service, tenants and renters must submit a signed Landlord Letter of Authorization.*

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Download the Landlord Letter of Authorization form
• Read and complete the form and deliver to your landlord for signature approval
• Before your installation appointment, submit the signed letter to [email protected] (use your service address as your subject line). The technician cannot install service without a landlord-signed Letter of Authorization form.

*Tenants and renters that order Alaska Communications Fiber or Unlimited FiWi Internet service are required to submit a completed Landlord Letter of Authorization form. Failure to do so will result in delayed installation and/or cancelled order.
