    Landlord Letter of Authorization

Before we can install internet service, tenants and renters must submit a signed Landlord Letter of Authorization.*

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Download the Landlord Letter of Authorization form
    • Read and complete the form and deliver to your landlord for signature approval
    • Before your installation appointment, submit the signed letter to landlordapproval@acsalaska.com (use your service address as your subject line). The technician cannot install service without a landlord-signed Letter of Authorization form.

*Tenants and renters that order Alaska Communications Fiber or Unlimited FiWi Internet service are required to submit a completed Landlord Letter of Authorization form. Failure to do so will result in delayed installation and/or cancelled order.

    Fixed Wireless Installation Preparation

    Prepare for Fixed Wireless Installation

Your installation will take about 2 hours. Here’s everything you need to know to make the process smooth and stress-free:

    1. Before installation day, please confirm any required approval from your property owner or HOA. This helps avoid delays and ensures a seamless experience.
    2. Keep an eye on your email and answer calls from us—we’ll share important updates to make sure everything goes perfectly.
    3. Your technician will call you 30 minutes before arriving.
    4. When they arrive, they’ll do a quick walkthrough to find the best spot for your antenna and cable routing.
    5. They’ll confirm these locations with you before starting the installation.
    6. The antenna will be installed on the exterior of your building or roof. The mount type and pole height will be chosen for the strongest signal possible.
    7. Cables will be routed inside and connected to your router. A surge protector will also be installed for added safety.
    8. Once everything is set up, your technician will test your connection to ensure it meets your plan’s speed.
    9. Enjoy fast, reliable internet—built for the way you live and work!
