I Cannot Connect to the Internet
We're sorry you're unable to connect - often we can restore your connection with a simple fix in just a few steps. Let's try a few simple steps to get you connected and streaming.
The first thing we'll do is look for bad equipment connections.
Make sure each of the following is secure:
- The cable connecting the computer to the router
- The cable (10 feet in length or less) connecting the router to the wall jack, also known as a phone jack
- Does the phone cord connect directly to the jack or is there splitter in line? If yes, please remove it and connect the phone cord directly to the wall jack and modem
- The power cord connecting the router to a working outlet.
