How to Select My Gift Card

If you ordered Unlimited Internet service on or after September 21, 2020, you have a “Gift” and “Give” card coming your way! Here's everything you need to know.

How It Works:

  1. Order Unlimited Internet service from Alaska Communications.
  2. Within one week after your service is installed, you will receive an email from Alaska Communications Rewards with instructions for selecting your gift card. (Hint - emails are sent out on Mondays). Check the inbox of the email used when you signed up for service and make sure you add Alaska Communications Rewards to your safe senders list. If you don't receive an email within five business days, contact us so we can issue you another email. We will need your name, order date and a valid email address. Please allow two business days to issue you a new email.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email to select your gift card and the receipient of your "give" card.
  4. Once you're done selecting your gift card, check your inbox for a confirmation email.
  5. Please allow up to four weeks for your gift card to be delivered. It will be delivered by mail via USPS.
  6. You may check the status of your gift card at www.AlaskaCommunicationsRewards.com/Shipping

Help! I never received my gift card.

  1. Check the status of your gift card at www.AlaskaCommunicationsRewards.com/Shipping.
  2. How long has it been since you selected your gift card? Please allow up to four weeks for the gift card to be delivered.
  3. If it's been longer than four weeks, then give us a call at 800-808-8083 so that we can help.
