To ensure your refund is processed correctly, equipment must be returned through USPS using the provided return label. Our system only tracks equipment returned using USPS tracking numbers. How long do I have to return the equipment?
Please return your equipment as soon as possible—ideally before your current billing cycle ends.
Returning it quickly ensures:
- The fee is credited directly to your account before your final bill.
- You avoid waiting for a refund check to be mailed.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- If the equipment is returned before your final bill, the refund is applied directly to your account.
- If it arrives after your final bill, a check is mailed to you. Refund checks may take up to 90 days to process.
How to get shipping label
After you request a service disconnect, we will:
- Add a refundable equipment fee to your account.
- Email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
- Send a follow up email with instructions specific to your equipment.
You simply print the label, pack the equipment securely, and drop it off at any USPS location.
If you don’t have a printer, you can use a self-service kiosk at USPS to print your label.
