Alaska Communications contributes to Alaska employees' Alaska Electrical Pension Plan, based on position and base salary.

Alaska Communications gives employees insurance benefits that are equal to their annual base salary, up to $60,000 for each benefit.
Disability Insurance
We help take care of our employees if they become disabled. Alaska Communications gives employees benefits at 50% of their monthly salary - up to $6,000 per month.
