For Assistance Today
You may be eligible for financial assistance with the past due balance on your bill. A recent Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) grant will give qualifying customers bill forgiveness on past due balances accrued as a result of financial hardship from the Covid-19 Pandemic. Qualifying your eligibility is easy – with no repayment required, and just takes a couple steps (below).
Also, please note:
- Eligibility does not guarantee financial assistance: Funds are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- To receive funding, we must share this form and the included Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) with the MOA.
- Information provided to the MOA will be protected and subject to our confidentiality requirements.

To view your bill forgiveness status, log into AccountView and, under the Support tab select “My Support Requests”. Please note, it may take up to 10 minutes for your case number to be available in AccountView. If you do not see a case number titled “MOA Grant Request” please call us to re-submit your request.
