While there are many reasons why you may not be able to send e-mail, some of the more common problems are incorrect e-mail servers and misconfigured firewall software.
To find the correct servers for your e-mail address,
click here. You can also send e-mail through
Webmail.
You may also have trouble sending e-mail if your Internet service was quarantined due to complaints of virus or spamming activity.
Note: If you are connecting to the Internet from a
provider other than Alaska Communications, you will need to change your outgoing mail server to the one used by your current provider, or send using
Webmail.
