Where and how can I make a payment?

We offer a variety of options for bill payments:

Alaska Communications AccountView: Allows you to pay all of your bills, quickly and securely, with one easy online transaction. Choose Paperless Billing. Use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or an electronic check (that draws funds from your checking account), or choose Autopay, to automatically pay your monthly balance with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover every month.


How do I sign up for AccountView?

You can sign up online at You'll need your account number (on your paper bill). You can also call us at 800-808-8083 or visit us at a store near you so we can set it up for you.

Easy Menu: Use our 24-hour automated phone system to pay your bill using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover anytime. No hold times, no standing in line. Dial 563-8000 or toll free at 800-808-8083.

Payment Kiosk: Our self-serve kiosks accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards. Kiosks are available during store hours in select Alaska Communications store locations.

Mail: Send your payment in the return envelope included with your bill. Make sure you include the remittance form from your bill and write your account number on the memo line of your check.
