How do I configure my e-mail address in Microsoft Outlook 2007?
  1. Open Outlook. Click Tools and then click Account Settings.



  2. Click New.



  3. Select Manually configure server settings, then click Next.



  4. Select Internet E-mail, then click Next.



  5. Type your name. (This is what others will see when you send them an e-mail.)
  6. Type your e-mail address.
  7. Select POP3 for the Account Type.
  8. Type your e-mail servers (they can be found here).
  9. Type your full e-mail address in the username field.
  10. Type your e-mail password, then click Next.



  11. Click Finish. You are now ready to send and receive e-mail.
