  • Some Alaska Communications customers are not able to receive calls on their 4G LTE phones.
  • Customers can receive texts, make outbound calls and use data.
  • There is a temporary solution: Customers can receive inbound calls by disabling LTE service on their device. By disabling LTE, customers will still have 3G data ability.
  • Our teams are working to determine the cause of the issue.
  • This is our highest priority and we are working to restore complete service as quickly as possible.
  • We will provide updates as they are available on our website, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Once service is fully restored, we will provide instructions on how to re-enable LTE service.
